General Provisions & Eligibility

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between the bvb8 platform and the user ("you" or "member"). By accessing bvb8 via its website, mobile version, or any other digital channel, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

bvb8 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh. The platform operates under SSL encryption and fair play principles.

Age Requirement

Only individuals aged 21 or above may register and play on this platform. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to verify age at any time.

Applicable Law

Account Registration & Identity Verification

To open an account at bvb8, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false information will result in immediate account closure and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

One Person, One Account

Each user may create only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or identity document is prohibited. bvb8 has the technical capability to detect multiple accounts.

KYC (Identity Verification) Process

Before processing a withdrawal, or as part of a security review, we may request the following documents:

• Copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Proof of address document (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method

Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold until document verification is complete.

Account Security

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All transactions on bvb8 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (all methods)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000

Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. This timeframe applies when KYC verification is complete and no suspicious activity is present.

Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

• Deposits must be made from your own payment account only; use of third-party accounts is prohibited.
• Withdrawals will be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• If money laundering or fraud is suspected, we reserve the right to hold transactions and notify the relevant authorities.
• Withdrawals cannot be made without first meeting the bonus wagering requirements.

Technical Issues

In the event of a technical error in a transaction, bvb8 reserves the right to investigate. Any funds incorrectly credited due to an error will be recovered.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

bvb8 offers its members various bonuses and promotional offers. These offers are subject to specific terms.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; or deposit ৳18,000 and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.

Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x (on the bonus amount only, not deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in wagers must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Usage Rules

• After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within the specified time limit.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Transferring bonus funds to another account is prohibited.
• Violating the bonus terms may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• bvb8 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

VIP Program

The bvb8 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.5%), Silver (up to 1.0%), and Gold (up to 1.5%). Regular play allows advancement to higher tiers.

Betting Rules & Gameplay

All games and sports betting on bvb8 are conducted under fair and transparent rules. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed within the game itself.

Cricket & Sports Betting

Various types of markets are available in the sports betting section. All bets must be confirmed before the match begins. If a match is cancelled or postponed, bet amounts will be refunded, unless the specific rules of the relevant game state otherwise.

Prohibited Activities

• Any form of cheating or fraud is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to meet wagering requirements through low-risk bets for the purpose of claiming a bonus ("bonus abuse") is prohibited.
• Using automated software or bots to play games is prohibited.
• Colluding with other players on bets is prohibited.

Technical Errors

In the event of any technical error during gameplay, bvb8 reserves the right to void bets and issue refunds. bvb8 is not obligated to pay out abnormal winnings arising from an error.

Responsible Gaming

bvb8 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. Online gaming is for entertainment and should never be considered a source of income.

Setting Limits

Self-Exclusion Feature

Account Closure & Suspension

• Operating multiple accounts
• Evidence of bonus abuse or fraud
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity
• Breach of the age requirement

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time. Withdraw all valid balances before closing. Bonus balances will be cancelled upon account closure.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bvb8 website and platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is owned by bvb8 or used by bvb8 under proper authorization.

Limitation of Liability

• Delays or errors by third-party payment providers

• Loss resulting from sharing your account credentials with others

bvb8's maximum liability shall not in any case exceed the amount of the deposit you made in that specific transaction.
